A cozy morning surprise
Waking up to the sound of toucans was a delight. The screened-in porch made mornings magical with home-cooked breakfasts served right there. The hosts really treated us like family.
The cabin lacked a full kitchen, which made meal prep tricky. Though we enjoyed local dining, a more flexible food option would have elevated the experience.

The hosts were incredibly helpful in ensuring we had transport to our cabin during our stay.
Access to the cabins requires a four wheel drive, which can be inconvenient for those without it.

I stayed in the Tree Level Studio Cabana for 3 nights, and the room was really comfy and clean. The beds were super cozy, and the air conditioning worked great—definitely needed that! The hammock on the screened porch was a total highlight, perfect for relaxing with beautiful views. Plus, all the amenities like a fridge and a microwave made it feel like home. I loved the local art on the walls, too!

Staying in the Hilltop Tree Level Cabana brought stunning views right at my fingertips, especially paired with the hammock on the screened porch, where I watched toucans flutter about. The unique access to the cabins via a rugged road made reaching the location an adventure, and the comfort of the cabana—with its cozy air conditioning and local art—created a genuine homey feel.
Navigating to the cabin definitely calls for a four-wheel drive. don’t even think about it if you're rolling in a regular vehicle. Parking at the entrance and trekking uphill can be a bit of a hassle, especially with luggage, although the access challenges aren't insurmountable if you're prepared. The lack of a full kitchen was also limiting for meal prep, which nudged us towards more local dining than we'd planned.

I had a lovely stay in the Hilltop Tree Level Cabana for 4 nights. The views from the cabana were stunning, especially the mornings with the sounds of toucans nearby. The hammock on the screened porch turned out to be the perfect spot for relaxing while sipping coffee. The room was clean and cozy, with air conditioning that worked perfectly. The hosts, Juliette and Tony, provided some delicious homemade breakfasts, making each morning a treat. I also encountered a steep access road, which challenged my vehicle but added a bit of adventure. The cabin lacked a full kitchen, making food prep slightly inconvenient and nudging me toward local dining options more than I'd anticipated. Nevertheless, the comfortable setting and gorgeous surroundings made for an enjoyable trip.
